MW Endpoint Management Engineer / Intune

Job description

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Azure Infrastructure, Identity, and Security.

* Deliver technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.

* Assess platform health, configuration, performance, security posture, resiliency, and operational readiness.

* Troubleshoot complex endpoint management issues using telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.

* Develop remediation recommendations based on technical findings and business impact.

* Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption programs, and service lifecycle activities.

**Mandatory Qualifications** ✅ 5-10 years of experience in endpoint management, workplace technologies, or Microsoft administration.

✅ Advanced English communication skills.

✅ Experience in consulting or customer-facing technical roles.

✅ Proven ability to facilitate technical workshops, knowledge transfer, and customer guidance.

✅ Hands-on expertise in:

* Microsoft Intune

* Mobile Application Management (MAM)

* Mobile Device Management (MDM)

* Windows Autopilot

* Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

* Compliance Management

* PowerShell

✅ Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications** ⭐ Knowledge of:

* Microsoft 365

* Azure

* Identity and Access Management

* Networking

* Security and Governance

* Automation

⭐ Experience with Microsoft administration tools.

⭐ Ability to collaborate across engineering, delivery, security, and business teams.
