**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**• MDM / Reltio:** Daily Match \& Merge in Reltio for Canada HCP/HCO; review Potential Matches and record MERGE / NO MERGE decisions; monitor data quality and handle DCRs and source-ID matching issues.
**MicroStrategy reporting experience**
• **Testing \& issues:** Support UAT and test cases (Reltio UI, IDM, segmentation, MDM Potential Match Automation); escalate data-provider and portal issues (IQVIA / OneKey).
• **Reporting:** Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPIs using Snowflake, SQL and Power Query; produce MicroStrategy reports where needed.
• **Projects:** Act as capability specialist, run knowledge transfers, document processes and onboarding material, and support automation.
• **Collaboration:** Send weekly status updates and work with global MDM teams, hub members and regional stakeholders.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
**• Knowledge of MDM concepts and Reltio (matching, merging, data quality).**
**• Power BI, Power Query and SQL (Snowflake is an advantage).**
**• Spanish (native/fluent) and English (professional working proficiency).**
**• Ability to work on Canada (Eastern) time zone.**
**• Strong personality; manages stressful working conditions and tight deadlines; self-motivated with high work ethic.**
**NICE TO HAVE**
**• Italian.**
**• MicroStrategy experience.**
**• Pharma / life sciences commercial data (IQVIA, HCP/HCO, sales data).**
