Job description
- Support system enhancement, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure data quality through monitoring, validation, and source-data reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain MDM architectures, data models, integrations, and ETL processes.
- Configure and customize Informatica MDM, web services, and data loads.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support technical design reviews, implementation planning, and SDLC compliance.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in Informatica MDM design, development, support, and operations.
- Strong experience with Informatica MDM SaaS and on-premises solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with Data Director, Data Quality, Data Controls, and ETL development.
- Experience in MDM architecture, data governance, metadata management, and data quality initiatives.
- Knowledge of enterprise data integration technologies, including ETL, data services, and replication.
- Proven experience with data modeling, data mapping, and master data domains (Customer, Vendor, Product).
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, change management, and development best practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
