* Experience deploying and managing macOS devices in an enterprise environment
* Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
* Experience with application packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management
* Experience deploying and supporting endpoint/security tools such as VPN, DLP, remote support, privilege management, and vulnerability management solutions
* Experience designing and implementing zero-touch device provisioning workflows
* Experience creating technical documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials
* Excellent communication skills in English - C1/C2 required

**Description:**
Our client is seeking a Senior Intune / Mac Endpoint Engineer to design, implement, and operationalize enterprise macOS device management within an existing Microsoft ecosystem. This individual will leverage Apple Business Manager, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and existing endpoint management and security tooling to create a zero-touch Mac deployment experience similar to the organization's current Windows provisioning process. Responsibilities include integrating Apple Business Manager with Intune, configuring automated device enrollment and compliance policies, packaging and deploying applications, validating existing endpoint/security tools on macOS, identifying alternative solutions where compatibility gaps exist, and partnering closely with SHI to establish a direct-to-user provisioning workflow. The consultant will document the environment, provide knowledge transfer, and train internal Endpoint Management and Help Desk teams to support the solution long term.
