Job description
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support day-to-day MDM operations and delivery across multiple data domains and global regions
* Monitor delivery progress and the performance of the delivery team (developers, testers, and support staff)
* Help ensure deployments and releases are delivered on schedule
* Translate business requirements into clear technical work for the delivery team
* Explain technical issues, developments, and outcomes to business stakeholders and the MDM Lead in plain language
* Manage detailed delivery items without losing sight of the broader MDM strategy and major programs
* Partner with the MDM Lead on strategy and programme-level planning
**Required Skills and Experience**
* **Communication:** strong written and verbal communication across business and technical audiences (essential)
* **MDM expertise:** hands-on experience delivering or operating an MDM platform
* **Delivery oversight:** experience monitoring teams, tracking progress, and driving on-time delivery
* **Strategic perspective:** able to balance operational detail with long-term direction
**Technology Preferences (in order of preference)**
**Veeva Network** (ideal) /**Reltio** or another enterprise MDM platform/ **Informatica MDM** or a comparable tool
**Experience**
* 10+ years of experience in Data Management, Master Data Management (MDM), or related enterprise data domains.
* Experience leading or coordinating MDM operations, delivery, or support teams.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business and technical functions.
* Experience working in global or multi-regional environments.
