Job description
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
* Strong experience with automated software deployments using SCCM
* Strong experience of MS Intune
* Strong experience of Anti-virus and end point protection
* Strong experience of remote access technologies (AVD, VPN, OWA)
* Working experience of scripting technologies (PowerShell)
* Expert knowledge of Active Directory and group policy management
* Must be ITIL Certified at minimum foundation level
* Strong team mentoring skills
* Strong customer service
* Strong oral communication skills
* Effective time management
* Project experience
* Executive support experience
* 2 years in a senior desktop engineer role
