Perform troubleshooting to support Win7 to Win10 migrationsResponsible for query reportingExcellent scripting background requiredExcellent SQL background requiredAttend and or Chair Meetings as requiredProvide assistance to Level 1 and 2 Desktop Support StaffPrepare and provide reports as requested
Qualifications
5+ years of experience3+ years of working within a large enterprise organizationRecent experience working in a Financial Services Firm is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills
