Job description
Deploy and manage Macs using JAMF, including environment configuration, device enrollment, policy execution, application deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Configure and maintain JAMF environments, including policies, configuration profiles, device groups, and application packages.
- Support Intune Company Portal registration, device onboarding, and compliance validation for end-users.
- Provide remote and onsite end-user computing (EUC) support, including incident, task, and request management.
- Perform break/fix services and remote troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, and conferencing equipment.
- Build and deploy laptops/desktops using SCCM and Autopilot.
- Manage device asset inventory, stock levels, and equipment shipping/receiving processes.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of support tickets in line with SLAs.
- Assist with user onboarding, equipment delivery, and post-offboarding equipment retrieval.
- Develop and document procedures for data recovery and end-user support.
- Maintain documentation of solutions and processes in the knowledgebase.
- Coordinate with other technical teams for incident resolution and closure.
- Provide on-call support for high-priority incidents.
- Maintain relevant Microsoft certifications and be available onsite all business days.
- Deliver user instructions and software usage assistance as needed.
