Key Responsibilities:
Manage, configure, and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Azure ADAdminister and optimise Windows desktop environmentsImplement and manage endpoint configuration tools (e.g., Intune, MECM/SCCM)Maintain and support Windows Server infrastructureResolve technical issues across end-user and server systemsContribute to infrastructure projects focused on workplace modernisation and securityCollaborate with other teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT servicesSkills and Experience Required:
Strong experience managing Microsoft 365 services in a business environmentSolid understanding of Windows desktop OS and enterprise management toolsHands-on experience with Windows Server administration and maintenanceFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance toolsExperience working in structured IT environments with clear documentation and best practicesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsMicrosoft certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are desirableWhy Apply?
