Primary Purpose of Role
Provide hands-on client platform services and day-to-day operation of enterprise client platform services in a Microsoft-based environment , including endpoint configuration, software deployment, patching, device standards, and operational support .
Key Responsibilities
Perform client platform troubleshooing and services, including imaging, software deployment, patching, and configuration activities.
Maintain Intune, Group Policy, and Microsoft endpoint polic ies.
Perform Level 4 support tasks for assigned endpoint, deployment, and device management incidents.
Help maintain software and hardware standards for laptops, desktops, t
