Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint devices and applications.
Administer Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
Manage device policies, security configurations, and compliance.
Perform software installation, patching, and updates.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and endpoint-related issues.
Monitor endpoint health, performance, and security.
Support user onboarding, device provisioning, and offboarding.
Manage endpoint security tools such as Microsoft Defender or similar solutions.
Maintain documentation and follow IT security and compliance standards.
Work with Service Desk and other IT teams to resolve escalated issues.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
Experience with endpoint deployment, patching, and software management.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and endpoint security.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of ITIL/service management processes.
