Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and operate the CrowdStrike Falcon ecosystem, including EDR, NGAV, Firewall, Identity Protection, and Falcon for Mobile
.
Ensure comprehensive endpoint coverage, policy consistency, and sensor health across endpoints, servers, virtual desktop infrastructure, and eligible mobile devices
.
Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning initiatives for legacy proxy and data loss prevention tools to modern security capabilities
.
Operate and maintain Symantec DLP Prevent infrastructure, managing policy enforcement, upgrades, health checks, and coordination with identity and messaging channels
.
Ensure high-fidelity telemetry flows from security tools into SIEM and SOAR platforms to support detection correlation and incident response
.
Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to endpoint protection tools, escalating sophisticated problems appropriately
.
Identify opportunities for automation and implement scripts, APIs, workflows, and infrastructure-as-code concepts to improve operational consistency and scale
.
Collaborate with senior engineers and multi-functional teams to align security improvements with organizational standards and maintain detailed technical documentation
