Key Responsibilities

Windows Endpoint Engineering

Build, maintain, and optimize Windows 11 enterprise images.Configure and standardize operating system settings, drivers, and endpoint configurations.Manage OS updates, image versioning, and deployment documentation.Validate hardware compatibility and ensure consistent device performance.Support endpoint security configurations in alignment with organizational standards.Endpoint Deployment & Management

Plan and execute Windows 11 deployment, upgrade, and device refresh projects.Manage endpoint provisioning using modern device management platforms.Develop automated deployment workflows to improve operational efficiency.Support software packaging, application deployment, and configuration management.Participate in deployment planning, testing, and rollout activities.Device Compatibility & Testing

Perform compatibility testing for enterprise applications and endpoint hardware.Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, drivers, peripherals, and enterprise devices.Coordinate with internal teams and technology vendors to resolve technical challenges.Maintain documentation for deployment standards and testing procedures.Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Provide advanced technical support for Windows endpoint issues.Diagnose and resolve operating system, imaging, and deployment-related incidents.Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.Develop knowledge base articles and technical documentation.Project Collaboration

Work with cross-functional teams to deliver endpoint modernization initiatives.Assist with deployment planning, implementation schedules, and migration activities.Monitor deployment progress and report project status when required.Support continuous improvement initiatives for endpoint management processes.Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).5+ years of experience managing enterprise Windows environments.Hands-on experience with Windows 11 deployment and endpoint administration.Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Windows Autopilot, or similar endpoint management solutions.Knowledge of Windows operating system deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management.Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Group Policy.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Preferred Skills

Experience with PowerShell scripting and task automation.Knowledge of Windows security features including BitLocker, TPM, Secure Boot, and endpoint protection.Experience supporting enterprise hardware refresh or migration projects.Familiarity with cloud-based endpoint management and modern workplace technologies.Understanding of application packaging and software deployment best practices.Experience working in large enterprise or multi-location environments.Key Skills
