Job description
Notes: Deep experience implementing, configuring, and scaling Microsoft Intune for enterprise organizations.
Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM), including device enrollment, authentication, device certification/compliance, and security best practices.
Proven ability to advise customers on Intune architecture, deployment strategies, and operational best practices.
Experience supporting large enterprise customers with complex device management requirements and custom configurations.
Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to drive successful implementations and resolve challenges.
Acts as a bridge between customers and engineering teams, translating business needs and technical issues into actionable solutions.
