Senior Jamf Engineer — macOS & Linux Endpoint Management

What you’ll do

Administer Jamf Pro and support Apple device management from setup through retirement.Manage Linux endpoint enrollment, configuration, software distribution, patching, and compliance.Develop and maintain device policies, security baselines, scripts, and automation.Plan and test software rollouts, OS updates, and policy changes, including staged deployments and rollback plans.Manage app distribution through Jamf Self Service and maintain accurate device records.Work with Security teams on endpoint posture, hardening, and compliance requirements.Follow change management processes and document changes, procedures, and troubleshooting guidance.Resolve complex endpoint issues and support continuous improvements to endpoint tooling.What you’ll bring

5+ years of enterprise endpoint management experience, including hands-on Jamf Pro administration.Experience managing Apple devices with Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager.Experience managing Linux desktop or laptop fleets, including patching, software deployment, and policy enforcement.Bash scripting skills and experience automating endpoint tasks.Knowledge of macOS and Linux security practices, endpoint compliance, and identity or certificate management.Experience with formal change control and IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team communication skills.Nice to have

Jamf certification or advanced Jamf training.Linux configuration management experience with tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.Familiarity with Intune, endpoint detection and response tools, or compliance frameworks such as CIS.Experience in a technology or high-growth environment.
