What You’ll Do
As an Endpoint Engineer I, you’ll provide entry-level engineering support for endpoint systems and standard device services while learning from experienced members of the Endpoint Engineering team.
Endpoint Support & Troubleshooting
Serve as a technical liaison between Tech Support, Help Desk, and Endpoint Engineering.Answer questions related to workstation configurations, software packages, and endpoint support.Provide guidance on device imaging, workstation provisioning, and endpoint-related processes.Support troubleshooting for standard, specialty, and vendor-supported workstations.
Software Packaging & Deployment
Package, script, test, and publish basic software installations using enterprise endpoint management tools.Support deployment and maintenance of browsers, collaboration platforms, productivity applications, and other standard desktop software.Assist with smaller software deployments and configuration changes under the guidance of experienced engineers.
Endpoint & Device Management
Perform routine maintenance of imaging, endpoint management, and device provisioning systems.Support workstation and mobile device configuration and enrollment.Audit asset and device information to help maintain accurate technology records.Maintain technical documentation used by Tech Support and Help Desk teams.
Projects & Engineering Support
Partner with Endpoint Engineer II and senior engineers on larger technology initiatives.Assist with deployments of endpoint and mobile device management infrastructure.Test imaging services, device enrollment workflows, and new hardware models.Build, image, enroll, configure, and maintain test devices.Participate in an on-call support rotation for after-hours technical issues.Provide occasional after-hours support for major deployments, projects, or incidents.
What You’ll Need
Education & Experience
Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.Typically 1 to 3 years of experience in desktop support, endpoint support, help desk, junior systems administration, or a related IT role within an enterprise environment.

Exposure To Scripting Or Automation Is Preferred, Including
PowerShellBatch scriptingSimilar automation tools used for software packaging and IT operational tasks
Preferred Certifications
Relevant entry-level IT certifications are welcomed but not required, including:
CompTIA A+Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator AssociateSimilar endpoint, desktop support, or device management credentials
Most importantly, you should be able to follow technical documentation, complete technical tasks accurately, troubleshoot effectively, and clearly communicate with IT support teams and end users.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
