Lead adoption initiatives for Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Power Platform solutionsDesign and deliver instructor‑led, virtual, and on‑demand training for employees with varying technical skill levelsCreate practical learning resources, including job aids, videos, tutorials, and knowledge articlesDevelop communication and change strategies that support technology launches and enhancementsPartner with business leaders to identify opportunities, gather feedback, and improve the employee technology experienceAnalyze adoption, engagement, and training metrics to measure impact and recommend improvementsSupport Microsoft 365 administration, implementations, escalated issues, documentation, governance, and operational initiativesCollaborate with IT, HR, Corporate Communications, and business teams to advance digitaltransformation
Explore and apply AI and emerging technologies to transform how training is designed, created, delivered, maintained, and personalized, with a focus on making learning more scalable, engaging, and effective.Leverage AI to improve knowledge management and self‑service support, including identifying opportunities to make information easier for employees to find, understand, and apply.Continuously evaluate how AI can improve employee adoption, reinforce learning, and help employees build confidence and proficiency with new technologies.What You BringRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experienceFive or more years of experience supporting enterprise workplace technologiesHands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Microsoft Copilot, Intune, and Power PlatformExperience delivering end‑user training and technology enablement programsStrong written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiencesExperience leading projects and collaborating across multiple teamsPreferred QualificationsMicrosoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Modern Work, Copilot, Teams, or SharePointExperience with instructional design, adult learning, or multimedia learning contentExperience supporting organizational change management initiativesExperience developing adoption metrics, reporting, and analyticsExperience supporting AI, automation, or digital transformation programsKey SkillsCommunication, facilitation, and executive presentationRelationship‑building and stakeholder managementCustomer focus and a passion for helping others succeedCreativity in technology adoption and employee engagementAnalytical thinking, sound judgment, and problem‑solvingCollaboration, adaptability, and accountabilityOur Company CultureAt Ben E.
