Job Duties
Manage, configure, and troubleshoot endpoint and mobile devices across a distributed environmentAdminister MDM and endpoint management platforms, including device configuration, compliance, and remediationConfigure and support VPN and secure remote access solutionsSupport conditional access, identity and access management, and endpoint security technologiesTroubleshoot device connectivity, authentication, application access, and remote endpoint issuesSupport endpoint environments across multiple locations and technology platformsIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive endpoint management processesEvaluate existing technical processes and implement approved improvementsSkills Required:
3–5 years of professional experience in endpoint engineering Hands-on experience with MDM or endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, JumpCloud, or comparable technologiesExperience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting VPN and secure remote access technologiesWorking knowledge of conditional access, device compliance, identity and access management, and endpoint securityExperience remotely supporting endpoints within multi-site or distributed environmentsExperience working across multiple endpoint technologies, platforms, or vendor ecosystems
