Job description
This is two days onsite and contract with a chance to hire in.
Job Duties
Manage and support a large-scale environment of approximately 2,500 workstations and endpoint devicesEngineer secure connectivity between endpoint devices and enterprise applicationsManage, configure, and improve MDM and enterprise endpoint management technologiesSupport VPN, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and other secure access solutionsAutomate device provisioning, configuration, application deployment, access management, and repetitive endpoint processesTroubleshoot escalated workstation, connectivity, authentication, VPN, and application access issuesServe as a technical escalation point for complex endpoint and workstation issuesSupport identity, access management, SaaS applications, and related enterprise integrations
Skills & Experience
Required
Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) or enterprise endpoint management platformsExperience supporting VPN technologies and secure endpoint connectivityExperience troubleshooting workstation, network connectivity, authentication, and application access issuesExperience with scripting, automation, or automated endpoint administrationExperience managing or administering endpoints in an enterprise-scale environmentWorking knowledge of identity, authentication, SSO, MFA, or related access-management technologiesAbility to meet required background screening requirements

Experience with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) technologies and architecturesExperience with enterprise endpoint platforms such as Microsoft Intune, JumpCloud, or comparable technologiesExperience with secure access technologies such as Zscaler, Tailscale, Cloudflare Zero Trust, or comparable platformsExperience with identity platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or comparable technologiesPowerShell, Python, Bash, API integration, or similar scripting and automation experienceGoogle Workspace or comparable enterprise productivity platform administrationSaaS application administration and integration experienceEndpoint security, application deployment, or automated device provisioning experience
