Job description
We're looking for someone who enjoys technology, loves solving problems, and wants to build a long-term career rather than simply work another help desk job.

What You'll Do
You'll work with a broad range of technologies and clients, which means every week is different.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting end users both remotely and onsite
Diagnosing and resolving workstation, server, network, and cloud issues
Deploying and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments
Assisting with cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
Implementing and supporting business technology projects
Documenting systems, procedures, and solutions
Working directly with clients to understand business challenges and recommend solutions
Researching unfamiliar technologies and independently driving issues toward resolution
This role combines help desk responsibilities, systems administration, consulting, and project work.

Required Qualifications
1+ year of professional IT experience
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
Understanding of networking fundamentals
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Ability to communicate professionally with end users and business owners
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft 365
Active Directory
Windows Server
Networking equipment and firewalls
Backup and disaster recovery solutions
Virtualization platforms
PowerShell
Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) platforms
Relevant industry certifications are highly valued.

CompTIA Network+
Microsoft 365 Certifications
CCNA
Security+
Other Microsoft, networking, or security certifications
