Job description
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of End User Computing (EUC) / Desktop Support experience
- Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting
Microsoft 365 Administration
Active Directory (AD) & Azure AD
- Desktop/Laptop hardware support (Dell/HP)
- Printer, scanner, and peripheral support
- ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
Cisco networking experience
- Network troubleshooting (Switches, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills
Preferred Skills
CCNA certification (preferred)
Cisco Meraki/Catalyst
Intune & Windows Autopilot
SCCM/MECM
PowerShell scripting
- Manufacturing/Plant IT support experience
- Barcode/Label printer support
