Job description
Develop and implement endpoint security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect company assets and data.
Monitor and analyze endpoint security systems and networks for potential vulnerabilities and threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve security issues and incidents.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Stay updated on emerging security threats and trends and make recommendations for enhancements to existing security measures.
Proactively identify and address potential security risks and develop mitigation plans.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of security documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Utilize security tools and technologies to monitor and respond to security events.
Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure security controls are properly implemented and maintained.
Conduct regular training and awareness programs for employees on security best practices.
Continuously improve and optimize security systems and processes to enhance overall security posture.
Investigate and respond to security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation.
Collaborate with external security vendors and partners to ensure the effectiveness of security controls.
Participate in security incident response and recovery efforts.
Communicate and report on security risks, incidents, and progress to management and other relevant stakeholders.
