Job description
Lead and manage a team of endpoint security engineers to ensure the implementation and maintenance of secure endpoint solutions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging cyber threats and proactively identify potential vulnerabilities in the organization's endpoint systems.
Develop and maintain endpoint security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the protection of the company's sensitive data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective endpoint security strategies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the endpoint security engineering team.
Conduct regular assessments of endpoint security systems and make recommendations for improvements.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in endpoint security and incorporate them into the organization's security framework.
Identify and address any potential risks or gaps in the endpoint security infrastructure.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, regarding endpoint security issues and updates.
Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of endpoint security solutions and make adjustments as needed.
Manage the budget for endpoint security initiatives and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
Conduct training and awareness programs for employees on endpoint security best practices.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to endpoint security.
Act as a point of contact for any endpoint security incidents and lead the response and remediation efforts.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the endpoint security engineering team.
