Job description
Develop and drive the overall product strategy and vision for endpoint automation at Capital One.
Lead a team of product managers to effectively prioritize and execute on product initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align product development with company goals.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for innovation and automation.
Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
Monitor and analyze product performance, gather feedback from users, and make data-driven decisions to improve product features and functionality.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and communicate product updates and progress regularly.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for integration into the product.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to endpoint automation.
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
