Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM environments.Configure endpoint policies, profiles, security baselines, compliance, and application deployments.Support Windows 10/11 device provisioning, patching, configuration, and decommissioning.Manage Entra ID, Conditional Access, endpoint security, and device compliance.Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint incidents and service issues.Monitor SLAs, KPIs, risks, and overall endpoint service performance.Collaborate with Service Desk, Security, Field Services, and Infrastructure teams.Develop and maintain operational processes, runbooks, and standardized deployment models.
