Job description
- Lead innovation by identifying and delivering automation solutions that eliminate manual work and unlock employee capacity
- Drive business process automation through hands-on consulting, Power Platform development, and self-service enablementBe a key contributor to developing IT's vision and roadmap for AI, automation, and modern workplace strategy
- Contributors to your success:3-5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of building automation solutions and driving technology adoption.Exceptional communication and consulting skills, with the ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into automated solutions.Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, etc.), with the ability to champion adoption alongside the wider Digital Workplace Services team.Hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Power Shell scripting, and Microsoft Graph; familiarity with Microsoft Entra (identity, access, and app registrations) is a plus.Strong emphasis on customer service and the ability to teach people of all technical abilities.Practical experience applying AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Git Hub Codex, Cursor) to real business problems, with enthusiasm for staying current on the fast-evolving AI landscape.Experience with Lean process improvement is a plus
