Responsibilities
Supports and maintains enterprise systems, servers, applications, and related infrastructure.Responds to hardware, software, and network incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.Performs system monitoring, maintenance, and patching to ensure optimal performance and compliance.Maintains accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.Participates in the on-call rotation to provide after-hours technical support as needed.Promotes system security, user access controls, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.Collaborates with IT teams and business stakeholders to evaluate and implement technical solutions.Assists in the deployment and configuration of new systems and upgrades to existing infrastructure.Follows change management protocols and participates in testing and validation processes.Identifies and shares best practices with peers and supports continuous improvement initiatives.Performs other duties as assigned.Maintains regular and reliable attendance.Complies with all policies and standards.Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications, third-party software, and patches using MECM, Intune, and WSUS with phased ring deployments.Build, test, and deploy Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and Intune configuration profiles/security baselines.Partner with Cybersecurity teams to remediate endpoint vulnerabilities and enforce PCI, CIS, and regulatory compliance standards.Monitor client agent health, deployment metrics, and assist in maintaining MECM distribution points, management points, and site infrastructure.Requirements
H.S. Diploma or GED required2-4 years of experience in systems administration requiredExperience administering Microsoft SCCM/MECM/InTune and in an enterprise environment.Proficiency with Windows and/or Linux server administration.Strong understanding of system security, backup, and recovery procedures.Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking concepts.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.Nice-to-haves
