experience in a similar role.Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or equivalent certification.Proven experience in complex troubleshooting with an emphasis on Microsoft Operating and Windows software applications, as well as an advanced knowledge of the Windows registry.Knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, Entra ID join models, and identity-based management.Proven working knowledge of scripting including batch, PowerShell, and Visual Basic. An aptitude for streamlining processes through scripting and light programming to increase productivity and minimize errors.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
