Job description
Key Responsibilities
Operate, maintain, and administer endpoint management environments including Microsoft MDT, SCCM, macOS, and JAMF.Customize, build, and deploy Windows OS images for end-user deployment using Group Policy, SYSPREP, and related utilities.Manage virtual machines and infrastructure utilizing VMware vCenter and ESXi environments.Configure and support Active Directory and core IPv4 networking components to ensure secure user access and system connectivity.Collaborate with faculty, administrators, students, and colleagues to resolve complex technical endpoint and system issues.Balance independent project execution with active collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience operating and maintaining Microsoft MDT, SCCM, macOS, and JAMF environments.Direct experience customizing Windows OS for deployment via Group Policy, SYSPREP, and related utilities.Working knowledge of Active Directory and IPv4 networking concepts.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or an Associate degree with 2 years of relevant IT experience in higher education.Industry experience in the higher education sector is strictly required.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience managing virtual machines in VMware vCenter.Working knowledge of VMware ESXi virtualization technology.
