Responsibilities
Administer and maintain SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune environmentsManage AD groups, collections, compliance baselines, policies, and co-management configurations between SCCM and IntunePackage, test, deploy, update, and retire enterprise applications using SCCM and/or IntuneTroubleshoot software deployment failures and optimize deployment methodsManage monthly patch cycles using SCCM, WSUS, and Intune technologiesBuild and maintain task sequences and AutoPilot configurations for operating system deployment and device provisioningManage gold images and driver packages to support hardware refresh initiativesEnforce endpoint security baselines, compliance policies, and endpoint protection configurationsAssist with vulnerability remediation and audit-related requirementsDevelop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks, deployments, and reportingMonitor endpoint health, deployment status, compliance metrics, and operational performanceProvide Tier 3 support for endpoint-related incidents and troubleshootingMaintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and reporting metrics
Skills
Strong experience with Microsoft SCCM / MECMExperience administering Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)Strong Windows 10/11 administration experienceExperience with software packaging and enterprise application deploymentStrong patch management experience using WSUS, SCCM, and IntuneOperating System Deployment (OSD) experienceAdvanced PowerShell scripting and automation experienceExperience automating deployments, patching, and reporting workflowsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate manual processes into scalable automated solutionsExperience working within enterprise endpoint management environmentsStrong communication, organizational, and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentsBachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)Typically 3–7 years of endpoint or systems administration experienceStable work history within large enterprise organizations3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience preferredExperience leveraging AI-assisted tools and automation platformsExperience integrating APIs, including Microsoft Graph API, for orchestration and automationExperience with automated compliance enforcement and remediationAutopilot and modern device provisioning experienceAzure AD / Entra ID integration experienceMicrosoft Defender for Endpoint experienceGroup Policy (GPO) administration experienceEndpoint analytics and reporting tool experienceStrong continuous learning mindset around cloud, AI, and modern endpoint technologies
