Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and enterprise Windows environments.Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft infrastructure.Experience with Microsoft 365 / Azure / Entra ID is a plus.Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently.Strong understanding of server monitoring, patching, backups, performance, and system security.Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation preferred.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Comfortable interacting directly with customers, explaining technical issues clearly, and providing timely updates.Strong documentation and incident-management skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with infrastructure and support teams.Ideal Candidate:
