Job description

In the Staff Client Platform – Mac position, you’ll lead the design, configuration, and management of Direct Supply’s Mac platform to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient endpoint performance. You’ll collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams to streamline Mac device deployment, automate workflows, and improve the user experience. This role is critical to supporting a growing Mac footprint and delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes across the enterprise.

Enhance the Mac user experience across hardware, software, and support touchpoints. Design, implement, and manage the full lifecycle of Mac endpoints, focusing on performance, usability, and security. Manage Mac strategy using tools like Jamf, Microsoft Intune, and Entra ID. Develop configuration baselines, onboarding workflows, and compliance policies for Mac environments. Collaborate with Security and Network teams to align Mac endpoints with Zero Trust architecture and modern authentication. Use telemetry and feedback to improve and lead pilot initiatives. Build automation scripts (shell, Python, Swift, PowerShell) to improve efficiency. Partner with Windows and SaaS teams for a consistent cross-platform experience. Stay informed on trends in Mac management, security, and AI tooling. Ensure Mac compatibility across enterprise applications. Identify AI and automation opportunities to streamline management. Act as a technical liaison, introducing new capabilities and driving adoption. Experience:

Bachelor’s in IT, CS, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 7+ years managing Mac devices in enterprise environments. Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro and Intune for macOS. Proficient in scripting (shell, Python, Swift). Experience with Entra ID, conditional access, compliance frameworks. Familiarity with AI/ML endpoint tools, telemetry, automation platforms. Strong knowledge of macOS architecture and enterprise features (FileVault, Gatekeeper, SIP, DEP, MDM). Understanding of Zero Trust, BYOD, and cloud-native device management.
