Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SCCM/MECM to NinjaOne migrationAssess existing SCCM infrastructure, collections, applications/packages, patching, policies, scripts, and device configurationsDesign and configure the NinjaOne endpoint management environmentMigrate endpoint management, software deployment, patching, monitoring, and automation capabilities to NinjaOneDevelop PowerShell scripts and automation for endpoint configuration and managementCreate pilot groups and execute phased endpoint migrationsTroubleshoot agent deployment, application deployment, patching, and device-management issuesDevelop migration runbooks, technical documentation, and rollback proceduresProvide knowledge transfer and operational handoff to internal IT teams
Required Experience
5+ years of endpoint management / EUC engineering experienceDeep hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECMHands-on NinjaOne implementation or administration experienceExperience migrating between enterprise endpoint-management platformsStrong experience with Windows endpoint management, application packaging/deployment, patch management, and device policiesStrong PowerShell scripting and automation skillsAbility to independently lead a technical migration from discovery through production rollout

Previous experience specifically migrating SCCM/MECM to NinjaOneExperience with Microsoft Intune/Entra ID and modern endpoint managementExperience working in large enterprise environments
