This position is a hybrid work arrangement that combines in-office engagement at our corporate office in Jacksonville, FL, days and times are determined and based on the requirements of the business.Ideal candidates live within 50 miles of Jacksonville, FL and open to relocation Ideal candidates live within 50 miles of Jacksonville, FL or are open to relocation. What You Will Be Doing
Performs installation, monitoring, testing, configuration, migration, maintenance and troubleshooting of assigned technologyManages system/application environment and ongoing operationsEnsures that the technologies are updated with current, stable, and compliant architecture and applications that meet enterprise standardsResearches, designs, implements and tests technology solutionsProactively monitors and reports performance and utilization of assigned technologiesTroubleshoots software and/or hardware issues/failuresResolves alerts and performs remediation activitiesManages problem or escalated tickets and tasks and out of cycle requests from systems/software ownersCollects and presents data for reporting and planningAssists with developing tactical strategies, processes and procedures related to systems/application administrationDetermines migration and upgrade impacts and diagnose/resolve complex technology/application errorsCollaborates with IT and business area partners on work groups and initiativesDetermines best course of action for meeting business needsMay provide input into infrastructure architecture designsWrites programming/scriptingMay participate in Disaster Recovery planning and exercisesEnsures execution and alignment to architectural standards and blueprintsMay contribute input to infrastructure architecturePerforms on-call activities as needed for the environment and technologies
What We Require
Prior experience working in healthcare, health insurance or financial environments as it relates to HIPAA, PCI, SOC2, HITRUST and CMS Compliance4 or more years demonstrated proficiency and experience in design, implementation, monitoring and troubleshooting technology or equivalent combination of transferrable experience and educationBachelor's degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experienceExtensive working knowledge of multiple technologies and their interfaces and integrationCompetent working in one or more environments highly integrated with an operating systemExtensive experience implementing and administering/managing technical solutions in major, large-scale system implementationsHigh critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategyAbility to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilitiesAbility to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback to improve performanceAbility to communicate technical information clearly and articulatelyAbility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
What We Prefer
Working knowledge and experience managing JAMF Pro for device enrollment, configuration profiles, smart groups, patch management and policy deploymentFamiliarity with Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and Apple's Volume Purchase Program (VPP)Experience with macOS imaging, packaging (PKG/DMG) and software deployment toolsUnderstanding of zero-touch deployment and MDM enrollment workflows for Mac, iOS and iPadOS devicesMultiple Site supportConfidence supporting a large-scale user population across multiple sitesSolid knowledge and experience with implementing and supporting Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory, LDAP, Group Policies, Permissions and applying Security TemplatesSupport and administration for Windows Server 2022 and Server 2025Experience in vSphere 7.x & 8.x Administration and SupportKnowledge and understanding of HCI and SDS platformsInstallation, management and administration of SSL Certificates leveraging JAMF Pro as well as external enterprise toolsWorking knowledge of SSL/TLS protocols, standards and methodologiesStrong knowledge of network routing, switching and firewall policies, protocols and standardsStrong PowerShell scripting experience; working knowledge of Bash/shell scripting for macOS automationStrong knowledge of Apple device implementation and management in a clinic environmentEvaluates current procedures and processes for accomplishing department objectives and continuously develops and implements improved practicesResponsible for proper escalation, communications, and management of production system problemsContact vendors for problem and incident resolution

Typical Annualized Offer/Hiring Range: $84,500 - $105,600
Annualized Salary Range: $84,500 - $137,300
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
