Planning, implementing, and maintaining the endpoint device infrastructureDeploying security configurationsAdministering endpoint infrastructureDeveloping imagesAutomating tasksSecuring the end-user environmentRemediating vulnerabilitiesSupporting application deploymentEnsuring compliance with SLA requirements and ITIL standardsCollaborating with cross-functional teamsLeading projectsTraining team membersParticipating in an on-call rotation
Skills
Candidates must be physically located in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas or Oklahoma to qualifyCandidates must be able to attend new hire orientation in-person on the designated orientation dateAssociate Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below)A+ certification or an equivalent credential from the preferred list is required. If not currently certified, the selected candidate must obtain the required certification within six (6) months of hire or transfer2 years of Information Technology SupportDemonstrated success troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose problems in large-scale server infrastructure implementationsDemonstrated success translating business needs into operational requirementsDemonstrated success mentoring and teaching others on Server Infrastructure technologies managementNet+, CCNA, Security+, Microsoft Endpoint System Administrator or other similar grade or higher certifications
