Job description
The individual in this position will also be responsible ensuring that all desktops OS and applications are current, reliable, and accessible in accordance with service level agreements. Additionally, the Endpoint Engineer should be able to identify and evaluate desktop OS and application solutions that enhance the security of the end user desktop.

Must skills have required is Azure virtual desktops, Terraform coding , Azure Network , Good PowerShell skills, Azure monitoring etc.Additional skills however not mandatory Microsoft Intune, Citrix, VMware, Group policies.Have strong technical skills in Citrix, VDI, and Azure Virtual Desktop, W365 and Intune Endpoint ManagerBe responsible for identifying, submitting, testing, and implementing security policies (DevSecOps)Offer excellent 3rd tier support to 2nd tier technicians during issue escalationDebrief business units on business practices such as new applications in newer technologiesBe a self-starter in identifying and streamlining business processesProvide SW testing, customization, and deployment of packages as some OS patching will also be requiredPerform software upgrades, new installs, uninstalls, and configuration changesEnsure compliance with local and global guidelinesWork closely with End User Computing Platform team to support implementing policies, procedures, and systemsPerform other duties as assigned
