Job SummaryWe are looking for a Digital Workplace Lead who is passionate about enabling a modern, seamless, and productive digital work environment. In this role, the Digital Workplace Lead will play a key part in empowering the business to work smarter and faster through integrated collaboration tools, automation, and strong user adoption. The position focuses on creating a digital workplace where employees can collaborate, communicate, and perform at their best - anytime and anywhere - while ensuring that technology becomes a natural and valued part of everyday work.

Job ResponsibilitiesThe Digital Workplace Lead will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, and continuously improving the organization's digital workplace services, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and end‑user productivity solutions. This includes driving the adoption and optimization of collaboration and communication tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, as well as supporting transitions and enhancements in communication platforms. The role involves coordinating end‑user computing capabilities to deliver a consistent and high‑quality user experience across devices and locations. A key part of the responsibility is also to support automation initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and improve efficiency across the organization. The Digital Workplace Lead will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure that solutions meet user needs and align with overall digital strategy. Driving user adoption, improving the digital employee experience, and ensuring that tools are intuitive and effectively utilized are central to the role. The position contributes to higher productivity by combining coordination, technology understanding, and continuous improvement.
