What You'll Do
Own the design, delivery, and lifecycle of core M365 collaboration services (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive) — architecture, configuration governance, roadmap planning, and escalation-level troubleshooting.Design and maintain access and data controls across Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Purview, including Conditional Access and compliance policies.Build automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to drive policy deployment, configuration consistency, proactive remediation, and operational efficiency.Independently lead projects end to end. Partner across the firm to design and deliver new capabilities including AI/Copilot enablement, enterprise mobility (MDM), and support for teams building against Microsoft Graph and M365.Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex technical issues, providing guidance and mentoring to service desk and operations teams.Track evolving Microsoft ecosystem best practices (enterprise security, tenant governance, collaboration lifecycle management) and translate them into firm standards.What We're Looking For
10+ years of hands-on EUC engineering experience; degree in computer science or related field preferred.Strong expertise in M365 (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive) — architecture, governance, and best practices.Strong experience with Microsoft Entra IDProficiency in PowerShell and automation via Microsoft Graph and M365 services.Proven track record owning solution design and delivery end to end, independently leading complex, multi-team projects.Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively across technical and business stakeholders.Experience to Purview would be a plus
