Job description
Manages and deploys specialized SW and/or configurations for EPA end-users
Assists Enterprise Engineers with patching and updating EPA-approved applications
Coordinates with Tier 4 vendors as needed
Coordinates with local stakeholders to customize activities at the local level
Qualifications:
Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years desktop engineering experience (or commensurate experience)
Tools experience required SCCM/MECM
Experience managing customer requests and expectations
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Clearance Required: Ability to maintain a public trust clearance
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Manager is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager preferred
Experience with ServiceNow
Experience with BeyondTrust EPM
Exepreince with Microsoft Defender
Project management experience a plus
Posted Salary Range: USD $81,850.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
