Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years desktop engineering experience (or commensurate experience)Tools experience required SCCM/MECMExperience managing customer requests and expectationsStrong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Clearance Required: Ability to maintain a public trust clearancePreferred Skills and Experience
Experience with BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Manager is preferredExperience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager preferredExperience with ServiceNow Experience with BeyondTrust EPMExepreince with Microsoft DefenderProject management experience a plus
