Job description
Responsibilities
Provide Tier 3 support for end user computing issues, including complex desktop and application troubleshooting.Administer and support SCCM/MECM for software deployment, patching, imaging, and endpoint configuration.Administer and support Microsoft Intune for device management, policy enforcement, and application deployment.Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving large Excel files (performance, stability, data handling, and user experience).Partner with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams to resolve escalations and reduce recurring incidents.Work with IT teams to implement improvements to endpoint management, deployment processes, and end user experience.Create and maintain clear documentation for solutions, standard procedures, and known issues.Required Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, MECM).Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.Demonstrated ability to support users working with large Excel files and resolve performance or usability issues.Experience providing third level (Tier 3) support in an enterprise environment.Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows endpoints, M365 apps, and common enterprise tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Must be authorized to work in the US (USC or GC).
