What You'll Do:Under the general direction of next level leader and with guidance from Senior Engineers, the End User Computing Engineer is responsible for the hardware, software, and its connectivity to the network infrastructure that end-users rely on for their work. They provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage the lifecycle of user devices and applications. The End User Computing Engineer provides specialized technical support, consultation, and training services, coordinating and assisting in developing standards for enterprise end user device technologies. This role involves working with users at all levels of the organization and IS teams to support end user devices. Technical knowledge of end user technologies, such as client/server operating systems, end-point management systems and desktop support management software systems, is required.
