Key Responsibilities
- Adhere To Quality Standards, Regulatory Requirements, And Company Policies While Implementing Infrastructure As Code Using Powershell And Python To Automate Deployment Processes.
- Provide Advanced Support For Complex Incidents, Conducting Thorough Root Cause Analysis And Implementing Effective Solutions To Resolve Technical And Security Issues Using Jenkins Automation.
- Engage In Knowledge Base Updates And Management, While Training New Hires And Coaching Analysts To Enhance Team Capabilities And Service Delivery.
- Resolve Complex Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas By Leveraging Iac Tools And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Optimal Operations And Robust Security Posture.
- Ensure Positive Customer Experiences And High Csat Scores By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions Or Reopened Cases, And Proactively Addressing Potential Security Threats.
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency In Infrastructure As Code (Iac) With Practical Knowledge In Powershell And Python Scripting.
- Solid Understanding Of Jenkins For Continuous Integration And Deployment Automation.
- Strong Troubleshooting And Root Cause Analysis Skills In A Technical Support Environment.
- Familiarity With It Service Management Best Practices And Incident Resolution Processes.
