Requirements:
Proven experience as an End User Computing Specialist, Desktop Support Engineer, or similar role, with a strong technical background in supporting end-user technologies.In-depth knowledge of desktop operating systems, productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, collaboration tools), and endpoint security principles.Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Jamf, Intune) and remote support technologies.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field;relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
