Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems / Technology, or related fieldAt least three (3) years of experience in Digital Workplace / Modern Workplace / End User ComputingStrong experience with Microsoft 365, with exposure to Copilot or AI-driven productivity tools being an added advantageExperience with or interest in enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Claude or similar tools)Understanding of governance, security, and compliance in M365 and AI environmentsAbility to evaluate and determine viability of new technologies in a fast-evolving landscapeCollaboration and communication skills across technical and business stakeholdersWillingness to work in an agile, global environmentLegal Notice
