Responsibilities
Design, support, and manage Hilton's MCEM infrastructure to ensure patching and maintenance of 130,000+ servers and workstationsWork directly with Microsoft and third-party vendors to keep infrastructure updated and in a healthy operational stateSupport and execute Windows 11 25H2 upgrade initiatives across the enterprise environmentManage and perform Office application upgrades, installations, and troubleshootingAssist with KPI vulnerability remediation efforts to maintain security complianceAddress end-of-life Office software and hardware end-of-life transitionsDevelop and maintain Intune scripting solutions to support endpoint managementCreate and maintain Task Sequences for software and operating system deploymentsPerform SCCM client installation and troubleshooting across the enterprise environmentConduct routine tasks as directed under close supervision
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Configuration Endpoint Manager (MCEM) and SCCM administrationStrong knowledge of Task Sequence creation and managementExperience with SCCM client installation and troubleshootingHands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint managementProficiency in Office application installation, troubleshooting, and upgradesStrong PowerShell scripting knowledgeAbility to work closely within a supervised environment with attention to detail and adherence to established processes7+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering or a related disciplineDemonstrated experience managing large-scale enterprise endpoint environmentsProven experience with SCCM/MCEM infrastructure in an enterprise settingBackground in vulnerability remediation and endpoint security complianceExperience supporting operating system upgrade projects at an enterprise scaleExperience with 1E Nomad is a plusFamiliarity with Delivery Optimization is a plusExperience with Microsoft Connected Cache is a plusMicrosoft certifications related to endpoint management or systems administration are a plus
