Position: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications.
Manage Windows 11 updates, security patches, and endpoint configurations.
Administer endpoint management tools and troubleshoot deployment failures.
Support vulnerability remediation and endpoint compliance.
Automate deployment and remediation tasks using PowerShell.
Required Skills:
4+ years of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 experience.
4+ years using an endpoint management system, workstation imaging solution, and ticketing system.
Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, software packaging, and patch management.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills:
Windows Autopilot, PowerShell, Patch My PC, Microsoft Graph API, and ServiceNow.
Experience with enterprise vulnerability management tools such as Rapid7, Qualys, Tenable, or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
