Ability to attain DHS EODBA or BS + 10 years of applicable experience5+ years Entra, Intra, and SCCM experience, supporting software packaging and patchingExpert knowledge of SCCM and Intune to include device enrollment, policy management, application deployment, compliance enforcement, and conditional accessWorking knowledge and understanding of VMware vCenterFunctional understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and Active DirectoryExpertise in MDT and SCCM (capturing images (.WIM), creating packages, advertisements, task sequences, operating system deployment (OSD) and queries)Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting to automate tasking and customize configurationsExpertise with IAVA process including CYBERCOM release process, testing, approval and deployment processesSolid knowledge of Active Directory Security Groups, OUs, DNS, and GPO managementSolid Windows troubleshooting skillsStrong understanding of networking concepts including VPN and certificate-based authenticationPreferred Qualifications:
ITIL v5 certificationMCSE CertifiedSCCM CertifiedMicrosoft Endpoint Manager Specialist Certified (strongly preferred)Microsoft 365: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate CertifiedAutopilot experienceCloud services familiarity, particularly Microsoft Azure
