Experience with HP Device ManagerAbility to administer JAMF Pro Cloud Server for the management and deployment of applications to all Apple devicesExperience provisioning and supporting virtual desktops Ability to administer and troubleshoot Microsoft workplace applications Basic understanding of certificates and certificates issued by authoritiesFamiliarity with ITSM systems like ServiceNow or others A solid understanding of PowerShell, SQL, and other basic scripting and query languages
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage endpoint configurations across SCCM (MECM) and Microsoft IntuneBuild, maintain, and optimize workstation base images (OS, drivers, and core applications)Create and manage application packaging, deployment, and update strategies across platformsCoordinate and deploy applications ensuring all devices receive the updates based on the active users in the systemDevelop and implement configuration baselines, compliance policies, and security standardsLeverage scripting (PowerShell) and automation tools to streamline endpoint managementMonitor environment health and generate reports on compliance, patching, and system performanceCollaborate with other teams and vendors to develop and implement new solutions to meet business requirements, DocumentationEnsure project completion by assessing and engaging additional support teams including but not limited to internal areas as well as 3rd PartiesCreate and maintain technical documentation and training materials where neededProvide after hours support as neededPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards
