REQUIREMENTS:
7+ years of experience supporting Digital Workplace, End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or Systems Administration environments.Deep hands-on experience with:
Microsoft IntuneMicrosoft Entra ID / Azure ADMicrosoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange)Endpoint management and device lifecycle administrationWindows environments with macOS/JAMF experienceExperience administering enterprise ITSM platforms such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or Cherwell.Strong understanding of workplace security, identity management, device compliance, and end-user technology support.Experience evaluating, deploying, or supporting enterprise productivity tools, including AI-enabled workplace technologies.Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and operational best practices.Ideally coming from environments such as:
Entertainment, Media, Sports, or Talent Agencies (CAA, AEG, Paramount, Studios, etc.)Real Estate (CBRE, JLL)Financial ServicesLarge enterprise organizations undergoing digital workplace modernization
Compensation:
$80 to 85/hr on contract with conversion salary up to $180,000
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
